Monish joined Analog Capital in 2024. He is a global tech growth equity investor with more than 10 years of experience across various roles.
Previously, Monish was a Senior Vice President at PSG Equity, a leading growth equity firm based in Boston focused on middle market B2B SaaS. Prior to PSG Equity, he spent three years as a private equity investor at GIC in New York. Monish started his career as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in New York.
Monish holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
Gervin Yang

Gervin is a Principal at Analog Capital and has been with the firm since 2024.
Prior to this, Gervin spent five years at Openspace Ventures, where he was an Executive Director, leading investments in high-growth startups across Southeast Asia and working closely with founders to scale their businesses.
Before Openspace, Gervin was a Vice President at Franklin Templeton Investments, where he focused on equity opportunities in technology across emerging markets.
Gervin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, majoring in Finance.
Tiang Lim Foo

Tiang is a Partner at Analog Capital and currently leads Analog Ventures (formerly Forge Ventures), which he co-founded in 2021. He currently serves as a Venture Partner at Next Billion Ventures. He was also a partner at SeedPlus, a leading seed fund in Southeast Asia backed by SGInnovate, Jungle Ventures, Cisco, and IFC.
Previously, Tiang launched and managed Evernote’s operations in Asia. He has invested in category-leading startups in the region, including Qoala, Rukita, Xfers / StraitsX, GajiGesa, and Geniebook, amongst others.
Tiang holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (with honours) from the National University of Singapore and is an alumnus of the NUS Overseas College programme in Silicon Valley, where he attended Stanford University.
Linh Nguyen

Linh is an Investment Associate at Analog Capital and has been with the firm since 2024.
Linh holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
During her MBA, Linh developed a strong interest in venture capital, participating in the Venture Capital Investment Competition, where her team secured the runner-up position in the Asia round. She gained hands-on experience in the industry as an Analyst Intern at White Star Capital, a global VC fund.
Prior to her MBA, Linh worked as an Investment Analyst at Vingroup JSC, one of Vietnam’s largest conglomerates, where she contributed to projects spanning investment, marketing, and tertiary education. Her diverse background equips her with a multidisciplinary approach to evaluating investment opportunities.
Valerie Vu

Valerie is an Investment Director at Analog Capital. She founded Ansible Ventures (Alto Partners’ seed fund in Vietnam) in 2022.
Previously, she served as Vietnam Country Head for Venturra Capital, where she led over a dozen VC investments from 2020 to early 2022. From 2016 to 2019, she worked at Deloitte US as a senior consultant advising hedge funds, private equity funds and other investment management clients.
Valerie graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2016 from Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a major in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania. Valerie was awarded Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 class of 2023 in the finance and venture capital category. She founded Career Opportunities in Vietnam, providing advice to aspiring professionals and co-hosted BRAVE Southeast Tech Podcast.
Valerie was born and raised in Vietnam and speaks Vietnamese, English and French.
Petra Müller

Petra is a Vice President at Analog Capital and has been part of Analog Ventures (formerly Forge Ventures) since December 2023.
She held multiple operator roles in her days at Viagogo and Deliveroo in London. Prior to that, she worked on portfolio growth at Index Ventures with companies such as Robinhood, Funding Circle and Adyen. Most recently, she helped to set up Manta Ray Ventures, where she built the portfolio growth function from the ground up and worked with founders across various deeptech verticals in the US and Europe.
Petra graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Translation Studies from Aston University and a Master’s in Finance from King’s College London. She is also a certified breathwork facilitator.
Jopien Sim

Jopien joined Analog Capital as a Vice President in 2022 and has over 17 years of experience in private wealth management and client administration.
Previously, Jopien worked at top-tier banks including Credit Suisse, HSBC and EFG Bank. She helped manage the investment portfolios of high net worth individuals from Southeast Asia, North Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Currently, she is part of the Client Services team that helps families oversee and manage their financial wealth, provides support for the families’ administrative needs and coordinates across the families with a unified strategy.
Jopien graduated from the University of London with a degree in Banking and Finance.
Alyssa Teh

Alyssa is a Vice President at Analog Capital and has been with the company since 2019.
Alyssa has a strong background in investment banking and trade support. She spent four years at Credit Suisse and another four years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Singapore, where she was responsible for supporting traders and institutional clients in Europe, Australia and Asia-Pacific.
Alyssa graduated from the University of London with a degree in Banking and Finance.
Ysabel Chua

Ysabel is a Vice President at Analog Capital and has been part of Analog Ventures (formerly Forge Ventures) since July 2022.
She has previously held multiple operator roles in the Philippines tech industry and was most recently the Chief of Staff at PayMongo, where she led the company’s key strategic projects. Ysabel has played an active role in the Philippines startup ecosystem, where she continues to co-lead the Philippines Female Founders Circle and was a venture collaborator at Kaya Founders. She is also currently on the executive committee of the Women in VSEA organisation in Singapore.
Ysabel graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines and is also a certified public accountant.
Shi Hao Lee

Shi Hao joined Analog Capital as an Analyst in 2023 and has prior experience across various financial services verticals such as fintech, venture capital, private equity and investment services.
Shi Hao graduated Magna Cum Laude from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor in Business Management and a major in Finance.
Nitin Suri

Nitin joined Analog Capital as an Operating Partner in 2024. Prior to Analog Capital, Nitin was with Vista Equity Partners from 2019 to 2024, where he helped Vista’s portfolio companies expand in the fast-growing Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region, and led strategic client and partner relationships with Vista’s portfolio companies.
Nitin was Director of APJ region at Dell Technologies through the EMC acquisition. Nitin has experience scaling fast-growing startups like DynamicOps (acquired by VMware) and established digital leaders like VMware and Oracle. He has worked across international regions including Asia-Pacific and Europe in various leadership roles.
Nitin holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi.
Rashidah Harith

Rashidah is the Assistant Vice President at Analog Capital and has been with the company since 2021.
She possesses extensive experience in office administration, HR, client services and banking, and has close to 20 years of experience working across various financial institutions. During her time with American Express Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Lion Global Investors and RHB OSK, she was responsible for finance & operations, assisted in compliance matters and was also involved in project work.
Yvonne Tan

Yvonne is a Vice President at Analog Capital and has been with the company since 2019.
Prior to this, Yvonne had a six-year career in the hospitality sector, including four years as Corporate Sales Manager, where she was responsible for customer relationship management, contracts and revenue generation. She embarked on a career transition into finance in 2018, passing the CFA Level 1 Examination.
Yvonne graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Business Management.
Yi Jun Ooi

Yi Jun is a Vice President at Analog Capital and has been with the company since 2022. She has over 14 years of operational experience in finance, fund management and private equity. Her experiences include fund accounting, fund operations, treasury and compliance for unit trust funds, wholesale funds, mutual funds and private mandates for both high net worth individuals and corporations across Malaysia and Singapore. Previously, she spent five years at KKR Singapore, where she supported private equity investments in Asia and two years at Citco Singapore servicing private equity clients.
Yi Jun graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Commerce, specialising in Accounting.

Previously, she was a senior account executive at Kelly Services responsible for the firm’s HR, finance and accounting functions.

Yasotha Balakrishnan

Yasotha serves as the Head of Risk and Compliance at Analog Capital. She has been instrumental in enhancing the firm’s risk management, compliance and corporate governance frameworks to align with best practice standards, as well as ensuring robust oversight and adherence to regulatory requirements.
With over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector across Asia-Pacific, Yasotha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Prior to Analog Capital, she managed first-line risk for Macquarie’s Real Assets business, where she developed a deep understanding of risk dynamics in diverse investment environments. Her extensive background in Internal Audit, Risk Management and Sustainability enables her to identify and mitigate potential risks, while fostering a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
Yasotha is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Australia and New Zealand) and holds a Bachelor of Business (Distinction) and Bachelor of Law (Hons) from Queensland University of Technology.
Joey Tok

Joey is an Executive Assistant at Analog Capital.
Joey has more than 23 years of experience and has worked at various companies including KKR, Chubb Pacific Underwriting Management Services, Walton International Group, Toyota Motor Asia Pacific and Siemens Pte Ltd.
Joey holds a Diploma in Business Management.
Kai Yun Chee

Kai Yun is a Fund Operations Associate at Analog Capital and has been with the firm since 2024.
Prior to this, Kai Yun was an Operations Analyst at Cecil Street Capital Management, where she supported fund operations for an asset management firm. Her responsibilities included NAV preparation, trade lifecycle management, reconciliations, and cash flow projections, ensuring seamless operational efficiency for the firm’s investment processes.
Kai Yun graduated from the University of London with a degree in Banking and Finance.
Jim Quismorio

Jim Quismorio is the founder and CEO of Analog Capital. Jim began his career in 1994 as an M&A banker on Wall Street at Lehman Brothers, rising to Managing Director in 2006 in the Asia Executive Office in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Jim was part of the senior Management Committee that closed the historic sale of Lehman Brothers’ international businesses to Nomura in 2008.
He retired from the industry in 2012 and founded Alto Partners in Singapore to manage private investments for his family and several prominent investors. Since inception, Alto Partners has launched several technology-focused funds, including Alto Partners Venture Capital, Forge Ventures and Analog Partners Fund I, and has also anchored dozens of Asia’s top VC funds, drawing on the support of over 200 high net worth founders and institutional LP investors. In 2024, Alto Partners and its associated funds and businesses rebranded as Analog Capital, consolidating over a decade of expertise into a single platform.
Jim graduated double Magna Cum Laude with a BS from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. He also studied economics at Waseda in Japan and is proficient in written and spoken Japanese.
Ashish Shastry

Ashish joined Analog Capital in 2023 to launch Analog Partners, a middle market growth equity fund focused on fast-growing Asian B2B technology companies.
Previously, Ashish was a Partner at KKR for seven years, serving as the Co-Head of Private Equity for KKR Asia Pacific and the Head of Southeast Asia for KKR. Prior to KKR, Ashish spent 18 years as a private equity investor at Northstar Group and TPG Capital. He started his career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers in New York. Ashish serves or has previously served on the boards of Goodpack, PropertyGuru, Maya Philippines (parent company of Maya Bank), Bank BTPN, Metro Pacific Hospital Holdings, Parkway Holdings, and Parkway Trust Management (manager of Parkway Life REIT).
Ashish graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. degree in economics (with honours) and currently serves on the advisory board of the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies.
